**About the Role**: As a Qualified Educator at Little Shining Stars, you will:

- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators
- Create fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Be a role model for children, promoting their social, emotional, and physical development
- Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver our play-based educational programs
- Share in the joy of watching children grow and develop in a safe and nurturing environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)
- A strong passion for early childhood education
- Great communication skills and a caring, positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.88 - $34.65 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Professional development assistance

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
