**Property Manager **to join our award winning office.

Whilst previous real estate experience is advantageous, it is not by any means essential. We are more interested in motivated, eager and passionate individuals. We can teach you the skills if you bring the right attitude

**Your duties will include**:

- Managing all areas of the PM department;
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required;
- Attending and contributing to strategy meetings with leadership staff on how best to enhance your working environment and processes;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Attending NCAT as required;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;

**To succeed in this role you'll have**
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms; and
- A valid drivers licence.
