The Role

You will have a strong delivery background and have experience as a Design Lead or Manager on large scale building projects ($100m+). We would be particularly interested to speak with Design Specialists with experience in projects such as arts centres, health, education or commercial sector. We would also be interested in speaking to Projects Engineers, Senior Project Engineers or Site Engineers on have a key interest in the front-end development of design.

Your professional experience will demonstrate and showcase your ability to manage complex design processes to high technical standards in a robust, cost managed environment. Your ability to communicate with influence and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders will set you aside from your peers.

Your background- Experience on Design and Construct Projects- Trade package and Project Delivery experience- Health, Tertiary, commercial project experience preferred- Experience managing consultant teams in developing design Management of consultant teams, to develop design.- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
