**Who are we looking for?**:
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in various aspects of project management. You will find yourself driving around Adelaide Metro, assessing our vacant properties to determine maintenance needs.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:
The Asset & Maintenance Officer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Vacancy and Planned maintenance, property condition inspections, project works and processing of disability and property modification requests. The position will manage and supervise contractors to successfully complete property repairs and upgrades.
- Inspect and analyse Believe Housings properties to create maintenance plans.
- Improve quality of our properties
- Actively ensure the vacancy inspections are completed within timeframe, all identified maintenance is completed within regulated timeframes to deliver prompt re-tenanting.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of Asset Management plans that best utilise available funding whilst simultaneously meeting the needs of tenants.
- Promote good asset management practices and limit ongoing maintenance issues in new builds and project works.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Builders/Supervisors licence or building trade qualification (highly desirable)
- Relevant project management qualifications or experience in a similar role
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to use various computer systems to input relevant information
- Proven ability to provide flexible, solution-focused outcomes to value diversity, using a range of models and approaches.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills as well as proven strengths in negotiation, collaboration, networking, lateral thinking, and problem solving.
