**About the role**
**TAFE** SA is seeking a dedicated **Campus Logistics Officer** to support the effective and efficient management of assets, facilities, and logistics across multiple campuses. This role is responsible for operational and administrative support, ensuring the smooth delivery of campus services. Working under limited supervision, you will perform a variety of tasks, from maintaining facilities to assisting with fleet operations and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational support across TAFE SA campuses to achieve business objectives.
- Undertake minor handyperson maintenance, cleaning, and grounds duties.
- Deliver administrative support, including using financial systems (e.g. Card Manager, Basware).
- Maintain and update the Facilities Material Safety Data Sheets register for hazardous materials.
- Assist with asset and salvage management activities.
- Support printing, copying, and multi-function device (MFD) operations.
- Contribute to fleet management and oversee inventory, storage, receiving, and distribution.
- Collaborate with educational staff, students, industry representatives, and other stakeholders.

**Key Selection Criteria**:
Essential:

- Proven experience in managing operational logistics and balancing supply with demand in a complex environment.
- Practical experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehousing, and salvage activities.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly in campus operations and maintenance.
- Understanding of asset management principles and procurement policies.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.

Desirable:

- Relevant high-risk work licences (e.g. Elevated Work Platforms, crane, hoisting, dogging, and rigging work).
- Experience in managing statewide operations and projects.

**Special Conditions**
- Out of hours work will be required
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
