As a Service Administrator at FLSmidth, you will provide a high level of administration support to our site service team, ensuring clients are invoiced in an accurate and timely manner to maximise branch efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. A large focus of this role is ensuring our Site Service team remains compliant with client training and induction requirements.

Job responsibilities
- Support the Service Team for all administration-related functions
- Update the training management system (4P), scheduling training and inductions when required;
- Make arrangements for flights, accommodation to assist the scheduling of service activities
- Upload employee timesheets into ERP system weekly
- Data entry from Service Reports (completed by Service Technicians) into ERP system for all chargeable items e.g. labour, parts, consumables, vehicle accommodation, hire equipment, service expenses.
- General administration
- Taking meeting minutes for tool box talks, Short term planning (3 week timeframe) meetings and distributing
- Maintain records for all Safety and other training

What you bring
- Prior experience in service job coordination is desirable.
- Prior maintenance scheduling experience desirable
- Highly developed organisation and prioritising skills
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in order to work with customers, contractors and other personnel on a daily basis
- Excellent customer service skills
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
- Well-developed analysis, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Intermediate skills in MSOffice Suite essential
