We’re looking for someone to join our Tutti Frutti team as a Part-Time Team Leader, must be available weekends.

This role requires someone who is highly motivated and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Experience in customer service is a must with managerial experience a bonus

**_Duties & Responsibilities: _**

This person will be available Friday to Sunday between 8.30am & 6pm for a minimum of 15 hours per week & be able to work autonomously and in a team.

Your duties & responsibilities include:

- Customer service (meeting and greeting customers, guiding them through the process).
- Managing day-to-day tasks autonomously, with little supervision
- Preparing food and following food safety procedures
- Day-to-day cleaning & organising
- Team Management & encouragement
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and equipment
- Cash handling and balancing at the end of the day

**_Knowledge, Skills & Abilities_**
- Excellent customer service experience, at least 12 months
- Able to work autonomously and within a team
- A natural leader
- Able to take direction & have the initiative to take control when needed
- Experience with point of sales & able to pick up computer systems easily
- Able to count cash easily & balance cash at the end of the shift

**_Bonus Points_**
- Managerial experience
- Food safety knowledge & experience working with food

**Salary**: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour
