Our National Operations Centre is growing again, after a successful 12 months building the team to manage digital customer bookings from Bunnings and run outbound sales campaigns.
- Key duties include:_
- Build a highly engaged and high performance Inside Sales team by developing an operating rhythm that promotes positive behaviours and results
- Lead the Inside Sales team to drive increased share of wallet and revenue growth across assigned customer portfolios
- Actively monitor, track and improve Inside Sales Representatives performance towards key metrics to ensure targets are meet.
- Enable improved performance through proactive personalised coaching and development plans.

This role is based full-time at our Mascot head office.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
This role will suit someone with proven coaching ability, sales and customer service experience and a passion for delivering great experiences internally and externally.

Additional experience required:

- Leading high performing Inside Sales/Outbound B2B teams
- Results driven working environments with ambitious targets/KPI’s
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated effective listening and questioning abilities.
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics - Desirable)

You can demonstrate resilience, adapt to ever changing situations and have the ability to build trusted relationships within your team.
