**About the role**

This exciting new role gives you the opportunity to help lead CoLab's Fulfilment Centre's evolution by leading a team of pick and packers and ensuring that CoLab customers get their orders in a timely manner. You will also support the planning of our brand new Fulfilment Centre. More specifically, duties will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security within the Fulfilment Centre
- Motivating and engaging the team to ensure KPIs are met
- Supporting stock counts and reconciliations, as well as the processing of stock for write-offs and destruction
- Driving strong individual and team performance, monitoring daily KPIs like productivity and on-time dispatch
- Ensuring stock is safely stored and managed accordingly
- Managing packaging levels to ensure the Fulfilment Centre never runs out of stock
- Supporting the FC Operations Manager in implementing and enforcing scalable and sustainable processes and policies
- Participating in tool-box meetings, quality training, workshops and related initiatives to continually drive a process improvement culture.

**About you**
- You are a true leader and have experience in leadership roles in warehouses / Fulfilment Centres
- You have the ability to run analysis on orders, units, and productivity KPIs to generate resource requirements and rosters for pick and packers
- You deliver better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within the Fulfilment Centre
- You are proactive and improve processes as gaps are identified
- You enjoy the startup environment, where you thrive and stay grounded in high pressure environments
- You are safety focused and experienced in delivering continuous improvement
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a dream big attitude
