**About the role**

You will work in a fast paced, in and out of the office as well as working with and around vehicles, you will be adding value to monthly reports and providing customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Arrange the for the fleet servicing, repairs to vehicles, insurance claims, Cleaning of pool vehicles,
- Input appropriate data into spreadsheets for analysis by Fleet Manager.
- Administer the online vehicle booking system.
- Ensure the GH motor vehicle database is maintained in an accurate manner, including undertaking analysis and reporting on fleet management issues
- Wash and Vaccuum GH vehicles and maintain good presentation of fleet vehicles
- In the event of an accident involving a GH motor vehicle, organise completion of the motor vehicle insurance claim form and co-ordinate the vehicle repair.
- Administer the car parking computer system including the boom gates, collection of monies, security, ticket machines, access for contractors and staff.
- Annual audit of vehicle fire blankets, extinguishers and first aid kits
- Ensure staff car parking report is prepared on a weekly basis and forwarded to payroll for deduction from staff salaries.
- Manage day to day operation of car park including occupancy, new card access, maintenance, cleaning, intercom calls, and reporting.

**Skills and experience**
- Current Victorian drivers license
