**About Us**:
NGO Transport is a leading provider of transport solutions based in Salisbury, QLD. We specialize in delivering high-quality transport services to a range of clients and are dedicated to ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable transportation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Company Manager to lead our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide advice on vehicle types, purchase or hire rates, and handle customer complaints.
- Receive orders and bookings, and plan and implement transportation schedules.
- Ensure goods are stored and transported under conditions that maintain their quality.
- Arrange the collection and delivery of vehicles and goods.
- Maintain business records and prepare operational statements and reports.
- Coordinate activities related to the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of trains.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).
- At least **2 years of relevant experience** in transport management or logistics.
- In lieu of formal qualifications, **3 years of relevant experience** may be considered.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations in transport.
- Ability to prepare and interpret operational reports.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $113,000.00 per year
