CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing - Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators/ Warehouse Labourers for short & long-term roles in all areas of Brisbane, including Salisbury.

It is crucial you have a valid Forklift licence and experience.

Please note our positions are not just "Forklift Operating"- there will be a requirement that you will also assist in other facets of the business i.e.: manual handling. These will be a physical role, not just driving however Forklift experience is essential

**To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria**:

- Forklift use: Loading/Unloading experience
- essential;
- **Highly regarded**: Picking and packing orders, loading & unloading trucks, dispatch duties & production line;
- Warehouse / Logistics Experience;
- Valid Forklift licence and at least 1x years’ experience is essential;
- Able to communicate clearly;
- Have full PPE including Steel Cap Boots, Long sleeve hi-vis shirt;
- Take & follow directions;
- Able to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;
- Be able to commit to **Monday to Friday;**:

- Motivation is a key factor - some of the positions could lead to ongoing work;
- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the roles will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling;
- A high level of physical fitness is required;
- Self-managed and reliable;
- Own reliable transport; due to locations public transport may not be available to these areas;
- Available for an immediate start.
