**Position Outcomes**
- Clear and Action Orientated Advice - Provides clear advice on the status of the program, projects and issues affecting delivery. Consider and recommend options to improve program and project delivery.
- Innovative Road Safety - The incumbent’s expertise and knowledge has contributed to the planning and management of regional road safety and innovative road safety improvement solutions have been identified on the network.
- Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction - Developed strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders and focuses on understanding stakeholder issues. A positive working environment has been established with high levels of trust and collaboration.
- Systematic Approach - uses various tools to identify emerging transport network issues to help shape priorities and challenges aligned with organisational goals.
- In line with Section 31A of the Public Administration Act 2004 (Vic) other duties may be assigned consistent with employment classification, skills, and capabilities

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Experience relevant to the capabilities of the role, including relevant experience in traffic engineering and/or road safety.

**Desirable**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management or a related discipline.
- Road Safety accreditation course(s) and understanding of Safe System practices

**Role specific requirements**
- Driver’s License
