The Data, Strategy & Analytics team is responsible for maintaining RACV's data repository, which is usedby the business for reporting and analysis, as well as developing reporting suites to enable fact-driven decision making. Other functions include strategic insight and data model development to lift business performance, data governance and quality coordination, and 1:1 marketing campaign delivery.

The role sits within the Audience Development and Capability team who have the responsibility for support major enterprise initiative delivery, personalisation technology capability, and the build, delivery and measurement of personalised audience performance.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Major Projects & Audience Capability, the Delivery & Audience Specialist will play a key role in supporting RACV’s main enterprise channel for proactive engagement with Members, Customers and Prospects through the delivery of 1-to-1 capability across major enterprise projects and Marketing Technology components.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams internal and external to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive efficiencies in the delivery of project, platform and audience capability to support personalised customer experiences across RACVs current and emerging channels.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Plans capability to support aspects of delivery of 1-to-1 communication and/or personalisation initiatives of major enterprise projects.
- Manages components of 1-1 capacity allocation and resourcing through an agile approach to delivery.
- Within scope of role, manages risks, issues, dependencies, and changes of the projects, and ensures compliance with project governance and standards
- Supports the development of delivery plans and lead the execution ensuring alignment with cross-functional team requirements, strategic goals and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with platform architects, engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of major enterprise projects.

- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in end-to-end delivery of projects using agile methods across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing requirements for multitouch campaigns and customer journey in applicable marketing automation platform.
- Proven experience in developing, optimising and managing CRM and 1:1 campaigns and journeys.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data driven approach.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills and high attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects under tight deadlines
