We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Functions and Events Manager to join our team. This pivotal position is responsible for the overall management of venue hire and event bookings across our facilities. You will be instrumental in driving process efficiencies and nurturing client relationships.

As the Functions and Events Manager, you will be responsible for the overall account management of all venue hire and event bookings as well as leading marketing. This role will generate business and sales leads, execute strategies to maximise venue utilisation, and optimise commercial outcomes.
- Previous experience in function and/or event management
- Proven record in client relationship management, collaborating with stakeholders & diverse teams of people
- Proven sales record and the ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative, flair and innovative ideas
- Experience in responding to client feedback, managing and resolving issues
- Experience in Marketing an advantage
