About the opportunity

The position will be the key Finance Lead in working with and alongside Health Services Executive team, Health Services Finance team and Health Services Operations to maximise Revenue initiatives, identifying cost reduction opportunities, building management and finance capacity and capability to develop the Health Services sustainability and future.

Other key responsibilities include:
- Develop, advise and support the future change business initiatives for Health Services- Analyse Health Services (identified by the Financial Improvement Committee) business and performance requirements to inform and implement new processes and business strategies to achieve the agreed budget position- Ensure financial transparency across Health Services in accordance with the funding envelope of the Department of Health for future savings initiatives and new sources of income- Providing key business partnering support to FIP committee and being a key part of the Health Services Finances team
