**TEAM LEADER - COMMUNITY PLUS TEAM**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- You will be part of the Community Plus team, a hybrid MST and HOPS program. It's a recovery focused multi-disciplinary team who provides an extended hours clinical service to people who live within the municipalities of Wyndham, Hobson's Bay and Maribyrnong. In addition to experiencing mental illness/mental health problems your clients will have other health and psycho social needs that significantly impact their wellbeing. You will facilitate comprehensive responses for these clients directly, but also as Team Leader through your support and leadership within the team.

**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**:

- 1 year Fixed Term Full-Time Role.
- RPN4/AH3 (10 x 8hr shifts per fortnight with monthly ADO)
- Salary Range $49.42 to $ 58.63 as per EBA
- Assists the manager to support and lead a friendly, innovative, professional team
- Recovery based service delivering evidence based treatment for mental illness 7 days/week
- Engagement with external service providers to develop integrated support systems
- Based at our Saltwater Clinic in vibrant Footscray

**ABOUT YOU**:

- As a Social Worker are you eligible for registration with Australian Association of Social Workers
- As a nurse do you have registration with NMBA as a Registered Nurse and hold either a specialist undergraduate psychiatric nursing program qualifications or successfully completed a Post Graduate psychiatric / mental health nursing qualification
- As an Occupational Therapist do you have registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- As a Psychologist do you have an approved degree in Psychology and registration with AHPRA as a psychologist with endorsement as a clinical psychologist
- Do you have at least 5 years’ experience as a clinician in a clinical mental health service
- Do you have a valid and current unrestricted driver’s license
- Experience in managing an independent caseload, and delivering treatment or care to people experiencing mental illness using a recovery based framework
- Experience with and understanding of interventions and services that support clients with complex interconnected needs
- A willingness to provide support and supervision to junior staff and students
