**The Opportunity**

Goldwind Australia are seeking applicants to fill the key position of HSEQ Manager for Service. This position will be based out of their Melbourne office.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of the Goldwind team in Australia and advancing your career in the renewable energy industry for a company experiencing rapid growth.

The Health and Safety manager will be responsible for:

- HSEQ advice, support, and leadership to service department stakeholders.
- Manage a team of HSEQ resources to ensure Goldwind WHS management system is understood and implemented.
- HSE Management system improvement - review of the effectiveness of Service department plans and procedures.
- Conduct internal site audits and inspections.
- Development and delivery of training.
- Incident Management - Reporting and investigating of incidents and alerts.

**The Person**

We are looking for someone with genuine passion for renewable clean energy.
- Experience in supervision/management role with relevant WHSEQ experience in Construction or Service & Maintenance Industry.
- Diploma in occupational health and safety.
- Computer Literate, MS Office Suite.
- Comprehensive experience in management system development and ongoing compliance to Australian and International Standards.
- Exposure to quality and environmental requirements in a typical service environment.
