A terrific opportunity for an IT Property Operations Manager to join our team on a full time permanent basis You will manage all IT initiatives and be a trusted service provider to the wider business on all things technology.

No two days will be the same, however your key priorities include:

- Influence assigned business centre of excellence portfolio to ensure the ongoing service delivery and support meet agreed customer requirements
- Provide strong leadership to IT and business stakeholders to be a beneficial ‘trusted partner’ to enable greater business alignment and collaboration
- Lead and drive day-to-day continuous improvement activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching for junior team members
- Support Group Manager, IT Operations & Services in business case analysis and strategic planning

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience working in an IT environment within a large organisation
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Ability to develop technology capability needs and solutions based on business requirements
