Not-for-Profit based in Newcastle seeking experience ICT Support Officer.

Hays are currently working with a Not For Profit organisation based in Newcastle with a vision to provide employees a sense of purpose, fulfilment and community connection.

**Your new role**
As the ICT Support Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective IT Infrastructure and support services to the business. You will also be responsible for the delivery of ICT projects in accordance with project and change management methodologies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience providing an IT Support function for a small to medium enterprise
- Extension knowledge of Microsoft platforms ( Windows OS, Exchange, Office 365)
- Knowledge of modern IT service delivery frameworks
- Experience with industry security frameworks is highly desirable (NIST, OWASP, CIS, ISO 27001)
