Exciting Opportunity for NV1 Cleared Security Officers & Guards

Cleared, in collaboration with one of Australia's premier security services, is on the lookout for NV1 cleared Security Officers to join our esteemed team. We have an immediate need for dedicated professionals to ensure the safety and security of a secure Defence Site located in the Hunter Region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safeguard designated premises, ensuring utmost safety and security.
- Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter potential security threats.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, taking decisive action as needed.
- Monitor surveillance equipment vigilantly and report any suspicious activities promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

- NV1 Government Security Clearance (AGSVA) or higher.
- Current NSW Security Licence and NSW Driving Licence with a clean record.
- Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Security Guard.
- RSA Authority and strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Capability to produce high-quality reports and willingness to work additional shifts as relief.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience in security roles within Data Centres, Government buildings, or Airport security.
- Valid ASIC card and defensive driving skills for VIP protection work.

Skills and Qualities:

- Strong observational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and take proactive security measures.
- Demonstrated confidence in assuming responsibility for service delivery.
- Capacity to work autonomously and meticulous attention to detail.
- Immediate start with full-time, part-time, and casual work opportunities available.
