We are currently looking for an NV1 cleared Cyber Security Support Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will have you oversee certification and validation of ICT systems to ensure they are accredited by relevant Capability Manager representatives.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Support the Cyber Security Lead in the allocation of tasks, work area priorities, strategy development and evaluation of business outcomes
- Manage the certification or validation of systems to support accreditation through analysing information and cyber security data
- Deliver information and cyber security reporting through analysis, detection and response statistics, security incidents and breaches
- Advice on a range of information and cyber security matters
- Analyse cyber security related activities and data to contribute to the improvement of security posture and policy
- Assess and analyse cyber security practices and procedures to ensure compliance with security principles, policies, standards, and guidelines
- Build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders and customers
- Guide and mentor junior staffs through accurate completion of tasks to deadlines

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or a related discipline
- Background as a Defence Network Technician or exposure to other Defence Communications Systems (Desirable)
- Ability to access ITAR materials
- Understanding of Cyberworthiness requirements with the Defence environment
- Experience with Defence Air Traffic Management Systems
- Australian Citizenship and an NV1 clearance as a minimum
