**About The Role**

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic 2IC (Assistant Manager) to provide support to the Multi Site Manager at our new venue in Moorabbin. This role involves assisting with daily operations, helping enforce safety protocols, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the junior staff.

**Main Duties**
- Assist the Multi Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, Oversee the day-to-day operations when the multi site manager is not on-site including opening and closing of the venue.
- Ensure the venue remains clean, organised, and properly maintained.
- Adhere to and enforce operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist in managing staff rosters, and provide training and support to junior staff.
- Ensure safety equipment is clean, operational, and readily accessible for customers.
- Help with ad-hoc tasks and errands as needed.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Multi Site Manager and provide feedback on operations.
- Assist in monitoring and managing maintenance and repairs.
- Help maintain a positive workplace environment.

**About You**
- Minimum 1-year experience in a hospitality or entertainment role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and can take initiative without being instructed.
