Plush is an Australian-owned and operated business, the first showroom opened more than 10 years ago and since then Plush has grown to become one of Australia’s most trusted retailers. Our furniture showrooms can be found in every major metropolitan city with 47 showrooms and more than 200 employees in Australia.
We are seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to join our team at our Prospect Showroom.

**Your role is about**:
- Supporting the showroom manager in the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Training and developing new staff.
- Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' home furnishing needs.
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales.
