Our client is an established law firm with a busy and diverse practice in Newcastle. We are known for our ethical and client focused approach to law and providing our team with a supportive work environment.
**About the role**
As the first point of contact you will provide excellent customer service in fast paced environment. You will be supporting the business with diverse administrative duties.
**Key tasks & responsibilities**:
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the firm in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering high volume of incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining office tidiness and cleanliness.
- Assist with administration task to support the team.
**Qualifications & experience required**:
This role would suit someone who is available to work full time hours and is looking to develop their administration skills and experience in a professional office environment. In addition, you will have the following:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Administration experience in an office environment desired but not essential.
- Certificate III or the equivalent in Business Administration.
- A desire to learn and develop their administration skills within the legal profession.
**Benefits**
