The Service Desk Officer plays a key role in delivering responsive and customer-focused ICT support to all IT users across the CAA. This position is responsible for receiving, logging, and resolving service desk incidents and requests, providing Tier 1 and, where appropriate, Tier 2 support for a wide range of court-related technologies, including desktop and mobile devices, Microsoft platforms, case management systems, courtroom audiovisual equipment and in-court technologies.
There are 2 temporary positions available for up to 12 months.
**Special conditions**:
- Appointment is under the _Courts Administration Act 1993_. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the _Public Sector Act 2009._
- Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
- As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
- May be required to participate in a roster system between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and/or participate in a roster to provide after hours on-call services or weekend work.
**Remuneration**:
ASO3 ($67,589 to $72,033 per annum)
