**Your New Role**

As a **Concierge / Customer Service Officer**you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together®**social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?
- Assisting our residents with general inquiries
- Ensure the reception area is always clean and well presented
- Assist with the upload of documents and information for the residents
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
