**Rotation Solutions **is a rapidly growing Western Australian business, passionately delivering _exceptional service and innovative solutions_ to our tier-1 clients across multiple industrial sectors (including Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy and Defense).
As a result of this growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a top class, but versatile junior ‘trade certified technician' to join our dynamic team in Perth.

As a _Junior Technician _your time will be split between our office in Perth and our customers' sites (around Australia, New Zealand, and PNG), focussing on the following tasks:
Customer site based (onshore and offshore):

- Fly in, Fly out - typically for one, two or three weeks per project (projects are not planned on a roster, but are planned according to customer needs - there is therefore no regular mobilisation pattern for site work)
- **Execution of planned field work scopes **primarily based around service and inspection of Gas Turbines, Compressors, and associated equipment
- Research and investigation for the development of innovative solutions for identified equipment issues

RS Office based:

- Project planning
- Preparation for field work
- R&D (inc. design, manufacturing management, testing, etc.) of products and solutions for customer equipment needs, issues and problems
- Customer support for operation and maintenance of their industrial assets

As part of the RS team, you will take responsibility for keeping critical machinery running in a safe and efficient manner, though your technical aptitude and hands-on skills. In addition, you'll develop to take ownership of projects from inception through to delivery.

- Applicable Trade Qualification & Certification (e.g. Mechanical fitter, Machinist, Technical Engineer. Aircraft technician, etc.).
