**The role**
The Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineer Lead is a pivotal role and responsible for ensuring the availability and optimum operation of rotating equipment assets. Managing a team of engineer and VA technicians you will be responsible ensuring for developing inspection and test plans for turbo machinery and rotating equipment, overseeing rotating equipment overhauls, signing off on inspection and test plans, providing technical advice, ensuring compliance, leading RCA and condition monitoring programs and creating solutions.
**Selection Criteria**
Ideally you will be a qualified mechanical engineer who is eligible for full membership to Engineers Australia. You will need substantial experience working as a rotating equipment engineer in a similar environment (fertiliser, petrochemical, gas processing or oil) and have high-level interpersonal, communication and project management skills. This role is based in Western Australia. A highly competitive salary and relocation package is on offer.
