**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their credit needs are met
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact with the company
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue by upselling credit products and services to existing clients
- Analyse financial data and make informed decisions that benefit both clients and the company
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to develop strategies aimed at acquiring new clients and increasing revenue

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the credit services or baning industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with a variety of credit products, including credit lines, loans, and mortgages, is preferred
