**About The Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Technical Lead with one of Australia’s best IT consulting firms. Your end client will be a Tier 1 ASX listed company based in the heart of Brisbane.
As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring teams of developers both on site and remote.

**About The Role**:

- Lead and mentor teams of developer for assigned projects that align to our client’s needs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for the design and projection of projects.
- Recommend technical solutions and strategies in line with production goals and needs.
- Identify new and emerging hardware and software technologies and products, assess their relevance and potential value to the organisation, and contribute to briefings to staff and management.

**About You**:

- Experience in leading high-performance teams
- Experience working in agile teams and developing technical artefacts in that context.
- Proven ability to utilise critical thinking, judgement, and experience to define, analyse, and resolve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to establish effective stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in terms that are understandable to both business stakeholders and the technical resources.
