- Good with hand-tools
- Job includes multiple hands-on operations and plant maintenance tasks.
- The ability to read and understand drawings

**Essential Requirements**:

- Work to a high standard to maintain productivity
- Have previous Production/Assembly experience (desirable)
- A willing and proactive attitude towards safety
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team when required
- Must be able to follow guidelines and safe work practices
- Excellent communication; able to follow instructions
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
