**Expression of Interest - Web-based Data Capturing Software Manager (eJournal Technical Lead)**:
In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world.

**The Opportunity -**

Team members work as an imbedded workforce to support the customers personnel training requirements. This role offers an exciting and unique opportunity whereby we as a customer focused team:
The Technical Lead will respond to the needs of the regulatory framework and the requirements of key stakeholders in order to set and establish priorities for system change, system maintenance, system innovation, and the training of supervisors and users
- . The Technical Lead will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure future system development is aligned with Army Aviation and broader Defence needs and requirements
- .

The role is based at based Swartz Barracks, Oakey, QLD.

**To be considered for the role you will have**:
Contemporary experience and knowledge of the eJournal system and the process it digitise
- s Experience working within and knowledge of the related DASR
- s Demonstrated experience converting business requirements into functional and technical requirement
- s Experience managing the development and deployment process of a web-based applicatio
- n Experience in planning and managing technical project requirement
- s Experience acting as a coordinator within the Service Integration and Management Model Change Management process on the Defence Protected Environment (DPE
- ) Strong stakeholder management and communication skill
- s At least 5+ years' experience with C# applied in an MVC web-based applicatio
- n Proven experience as a software develope
- r Experience within the Defence aviation training environmen
- t Knowledge and experience with Competency Based Training and Assessmen
- t

**Desirable**:

- s Experience leading and managing a small technical tea
- m Defence or Defence Industry Experienc
- e TAE16 or related qualificatio
- n Located within Southeast Queensland

**Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance to Negative Vetting 1 level, as per Department of Defence requirements.**
