We are currently seeking a Project Program Management to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria (AU-VIC), Australia (AU).

**Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)**
- Work closely with Business project manager to put together a project plan start to end.
- Setup phase-0 workshop.
- Co-ordinate with various IT team members and business PM.
- Work on finalizing project AR.
- Project deliverables as prepare project plan with detail milestones.
- Weekly, monthly status report out.
- Manage steering committee meetings.
- Manage and tracking project budget.
- Manage Project Team
- Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating and transforming from current ERP Application to Future Lon term ERP Solution.
- Collaborate with Project Teams IT teams and interact with Business Teams to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed Solution.

**Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)**
- Minimum 12-15 years of IT project management experience.
- Good experienced in ERP Transformation Assessments.
- Good experienced in ERP implementations.
- Good communication skills.
- Good in project management documentations
- Good in coordinating with various IT and business team members.
- Good understanding of ERP Applications like SAP, JDE etc..
- Good understanding of business processes
- Minimum 8+ years of ERP Transformation / Implementation project experience at any major consulting firm or systems integrator

**Travel**:This position requires someone to be working from Client Location at Scoresby, Melbourne.

**Degree**:
**bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent work experience**
