Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate the development of Regional Accommodation Plans addressing key accommodation and business priorities
- Build and maintain productive and effective stakeholder relationships through effectively leading the delivery of accommodation and facility related projects including development and management of building maintenance programs, refurbishments, fit outs, relocations and lease management
- Monitor trends and undertake critical analysis of accommodation/facilities issues to service existing and/or deliver emergent accommodation requirements
- Actively provide input into identifying and reviewing team operations to identify business improvements and efficiencies in delivery of accommodation related activities and services. Research, analyse and interpret current and emerging issues relating to Accommodation / Facilities Services and recommend effective solutions
- Provide high level strategic accommodation advice to the Manager Capital & Accommodation, Director Capital, Accommodation & Explosive Reserves, Senior Executives and other keys stakeholders as required
- Manage people and accommodation/facilities projects effectively to meet deadlines through goal setting, resource allocation, risk management and performance evaluation
- Prepare high quality written materials including project and communication plans, briefing notes, policies and trend/analysis reports
