The **Graduate Commercial Officer **is responsible for the providing commercial support through activities that include procurement of labour/sub-contractor services, contract change proposals, business cases, variations, reporting and contract administration. They will also assist the operations team in relation to commercial enquiries.

**Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.**

This role is located in **Sydney CBD, NSW.**
- Assist the Commercial Team to develop commercial business cases.
- Support and assist in the preparation of cost forecasts, monitor financial status of Contract Changes
- Raise Purchase Orders for contractual requirements
- Assist in the preparation of pricing documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors including pricing schedules, scope of works, and comparative tender analysis.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, client sub-contractors, MSPs, suppliers and consultants.
- Assist in the management of the contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPIs and client expectations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Commercial/finance experience gained through university studies or work experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication ability
- Strong in data manipulation, mapping and cleansing abilities
- Self-motivated and driven
- Experience in working within a business, commerce or related business through placements, internships or other
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Business/Construction Management or related discipline/ TAFE equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of demonstrated experience through placements
