You’ll work across the South Australia and Western Australia clinical network to support team members to evolve their career and optimise performance. For us performance means delighting our customers, commercial growth and continuously embracing the latest clinical and technology developments.

To be a fit for these awesome opportunities, you’ll be recognised as a successful clinician. You’ll have experience of coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential. You’ll be able to share examples of helping great clinicians to become superstars, along with experience of supporting those who are struggling to find their feet.

As this team is newly formed, you’ll be comfortable with the nature of starting something afresh, with aspects of change management, (training) content development and helping to engage and inspire a geographically dispersed team.
