**Position Overview**:
Join our global IT consulting firm as a Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Architect In this role, you'll lead the design, development, and maintenance of MIM environments, ensuring seamless integrations, workflow automation, and robust IT infrastructure support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain MIM environments for optimal performance.
- Build connectors/Management Agents for internal systems.
- Create custom workflows to automate identity management processes.
- Utilize AD/MIM PowerShell scripting for task automation.
- Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support across various product versions.
- Lead migration and upgrading efforts for FIM/MIM.
- Execute patch management activities to uphold environment security.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis within MIM/SharePoint/SQL environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends in identity management.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Microsoft Professional Certification in an Identity-related discipline.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining MIM environments.
- Strong proficiency in building connectors, workflows, and PowerShell scripting.
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
- Experience in migration, upgrading, and patch management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
