**Operations Manager**

**Our Client**

JK Is partnering with **one of Australia’s leading manufacturing companies supplying the Civil Construction and manufacturing market.**

**The role**

Our client is after an experienced Operations Manager that will be responsible for leading all day-to-day operations of the manufacturing and warehousing facility. This will be suitable for someone with experience in manufacturing operations and the ability to contribute to customer service

Duties will include:

- Daily manufacturing and dispatch processes
- Leadership across the facility to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Contributing to strategy and growth initiatives, including new products, and maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations.
- Demonstrate the companies key operating principles whilst ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

**The roles requires**
- Experience in setting strategic objectives and meeting delivery times
- Strong communication skills
- Successful record in spend management within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
