**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant person to join our **Medical team** in a fulltime **Medical Manager - Externa**l role based out of the Sydney Head Office in **Ingleburn, NSW**.

As part of the **NSW Medical team**, you will be responsible for establishing and managing all external clientele and you will be reporting to the National Medical Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster a “Yes We Can” attitude in achieving internal and external customer requests to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Effective management of medical sales team members including direct external BDM’s whilst working with internal BDMs and all members of the medical department.
- Maintain a national sales focus and work with other managers and medical team members to achieve national targets.
- Recruit, select, train and manage all relevant medical staff including the management of LMS
- Create culture of teamwork, loyalty, cooperation, customer (“Yes We Can”) and sales focus.
- Minimum 5 years gas industry and/or medical sales experience
- Management experience and proven track record of managing high performance sales teams.
- Tertiary education preferred, but not essential.
- A person who is self-motivated with exceptional decision-making skills as well as a high degree of problem solving ability.
- This position involves the provision of services to clients requiring you to undertake a National Police Check and Working with Children check and regular renewals as required.
