Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager to join our team based at East Village Shopping Centre in Zetland. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to execute the Strategic Asset Plan and business plan to achieve optimal outcomes for our people, our assets and our stakeholders

Your responsibilities are but no limited to;
Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a high performing cross functional Asset team Customers

Build collaborative relationships with our partners to optimise outcomes and drive retention

Ensure marketing plan is aligned and executed with Strategic Asset Plan and Asset metrics Operational

Ensuring pride of place. Asset is maintained and presented to highest standard

Delivery of Property Management function in accordance with the relevant PMA Financial

Drive Income - through proactive arrears management, leasing, renewals and collaboration with leasing and partnerships team

Manage expenses, gaining efficiencies and value in operational expenditure

Aligning Capex with the Strategic Asset Plan and drive efficient outcomes within the capital works program

Contributing to monthly forecast and budget process to ensure the outcomes are aligned with the current environment Strategic Asset Plan

Working closely with the Portfolio manager to develop and deliver the Strategic Asset Plan through managing interdependencies and operational priorities

Extensive Retail or property management environment and proven ability of leading teams

Ability to manage and lead a high performance and outcomes-oriented team of professionals proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise

Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity

High level of commercial and financial acumen

Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills
