Working from our well-equipped four bay workshop in Acacia Ridge, you will primarily be building new mobile equipment but there will be some refurbishment work of existing plant equipment as well.

**Job Description**:
Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical/General Fitter and contribute to our success in delivering high-quality systems. As a fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, machining, hydraulics with a keen eye for details and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This includes troubleshooting, repairing and testing hydraulic systems to ensure optimal functionality.

**Responsibilities**:
Assemble and install hydraulic components and systems. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on hydraulic equipment. Diagnose and repair hydraulic system issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Test hydraulic systems to ensure proper functionality.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in installing and maintaining Hydraulic and pneumatic systems an advantage.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability and willingness to learn our system.
- Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and safety

Qualifications:

- Relevant certification as a Fitter
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

**Benefits**:

- Wage depending on experience $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
