**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service
- Be outgoing and able to communicate with people of all ages
- Attend measure appointments
- Consult with our customers online, in showroom, Via telephone
- Reach monthly KPI's
- Be able to covert warm leads booked from the customer service teams
