**Who You Are**
- You bring presence and confidence (without arrogance).
- You love a challenge and perform at your best in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- You know coaching isn't standing on the sidelines - it's giving real feedback, making sure members get the intent of the session, and helping them progress.
- You create vibes not with a token high five, but by coaching someone to their first PB or helping them nail a new skill.
- You're reliable, driven, and hungry to grow as a coach and teammate.
- You have a passion for all things high performance - mindset, nutrition, training, recovery - and you practice what you preach.

**The Role**
- This is a p**art time or casual** coaching role. We need you to be available some evenings (4:15pm - 8:15pm), some mornings (5am - 10:30am), and some weekends (8am - 12:30pm).
- You'll be coaching our **strength and conditioning program** - designed for results, smart progress, and long-term health.
- You'll receive access to regular professional development, education and support to achieve your career goals.
- You'll be a part of a high performing coaching team with multiple career pathways available.

**Must have**:

- **Cert IV in Fitness (minimum) or equivalent**:

- Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology or similar is desirable but not essential
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Australian work rights are required for this position

- Minimum 6 months of group training experience is preferred for this role.
