**About the role**:
JBS Australia - Beef City is currently recruiting a Kill Floor Foreperson - Afternoon Shift.

Beef City Plant located 36kms west of Toowoomba. Reporting to the Kill Floor Supervisor, this full time position involves supervision and management the employees and processes involved with all the Kill Floor Areas of the Beef City Plant.

**Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to)**:

- Supervision in all aspects of the Kill Floor / Follow on and Offal Room.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and Environmental regulations.
- Ensure Compliance with Quality Assurance and MSQA programmes and processes.
- Revenue Maximisation and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Timely and accurate record keeping and information / paperwork flow.
- Participation in workplace projects as required.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated commitment to meeting all requirement in relation to food safety, people safety and maintenance.
- Demonstrated integrity and professional work attitude.
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of meat processing including product flow and manning requirements.
- Professional leadership and supervisory capabilities and behaviour.
- Highly developed time management skills including prioritising and multi-tasking.
