**Job description**

The M&H Ward Group - McDonald's Toowoomba Region is looking for staff across all 8 Restaurants within the region.

**Up to $30.91 per hour, Overnight Employees up to $34.62 per hour**

We are specifically looking for those that can work during the following time periods, keeping in mind that we are extremely flexible with how availabilities are set and are different for almost every employee depending on personal or study commitments.

Day Shifts: Range from 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM**:

- up to $30.91** **Per hour**

Afternoon / Evening Shifts: Range from 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM**:

- up to $30.91** **Per hour**

Overnights / Late shifts: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM**:

- up to $34.62 per hour**

**OR**

Staff that are available 24/7 - **up to $34.62 per hour**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Up to $32.73 per hour**

- I consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC).
- I cook and prepare Gold Standard Quality food.
- I assist customers with placing their orders in a friendly, fast, and accurate manner.
- I prepare beverages and desserts.
- I interact with customers in the dining area whilst maintaining cleanliness standards e.g. cleaning tables and floors.
- I uphold McDonald’s beliefs and adhere to our Policies and Procedures.
- I work in a safe and inclusive environment, showing genuine care and regard for myself, my team, and our customers.
- I contribute and strive towards achieving the goals and targets of the restaurant.
