**About The Role**:
**Reporting to the Factory Operations Manager the role will handle the safety and quality assurance of all products and production processes to ensure compliance. This role is a key position within our Bendigo operations and is imperative to keeping a high level of quality throughout the business.**:

- **Plan and execute testing of incoming raw materials and inspections of outgoing products to confirm quality and manufacturing to specification.**:

- **Write, improve, implement, and review all current and existing operating procedures and policies regarding quality assurance.**:

- **Develop new standard operating procedures for production, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across production lines.**:

- **Identify training needs and provide management with action plans to ensure company-wide compliance.**:

- **Pursue continuing education on new solutions, workflow, technology, and skills to enhance manufacturing lead times and quality assurance.**:

- **Attend production meetings regarding incoming projects and implement quality control measures for manufacturing.**:

- **Produce and resolve project error reports with effective solutions and implementation.**:

- **Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain and analyse production logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.**:

- **Working with machine operators to compile raw material data and corresponding panel specification reports.**

- **Be self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.**:

- **A quick thinker, high level of attention to detail & data entry skills.**:

- **A natural orientation to customer service with a capacity to problem-solve to deliver a quality outcome for all stakeholders.**:

- **A resilient personality with a natural orientation towards solving challenges and working with others positively and respectfully.**
