Limelight People are keen to speak to Qualified Social Workers with experience in child and family services looking to make a difference and work in the community. We are currently supporting a growing Not for Profit looking to expand their established multi-disciplinary team.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Work with a wide range of designated clients.
- Engage clients including children, young people, adults and/or families, using appropriate assessment and risk minimisation processes
- Coordinate with other services providers including government department and agencies, schools, health services, GP’s and allied health providers
- Assess and support children/young people’s ongoing needs and undertake comprehensive assessments

**To be successful**:

- Degree qualified in social work, early childhood, psychology or similar
- At least 12 months case management experience working with at risk children, young people and/or families in a child protection focused role, including experience undertaking comprehensive assessments
- Out of home care experience is highly desirable
- Eligibility or registration with AASW
- Drivers Licence
