Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator

Company Description
Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together.
To solve this problem, we expanded into software and built integrated solutions to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.
Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes - large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.
**Job Description**:
As Afterpay’s Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll support our Ads & Affiliate team with a range of activities, such as onboarding & optimising affiliate relationships, following up with merchants for outstanding items, working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success & more. This is a great opportunity for a passionate, organised and proactive individual who has ambitions to progress within the affiliate space.
We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for retail partners at scale
- Liaise with retailers and internal cross functional teams to implement campaigns
- Collaborate with Afterpay Ads leadership and cross functionally with sales and marketing teams across our organisation to drive partner success
- Track, measure and communicate program performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Build internal processes to streamline workflows
- Meet individual and team deadlines, KPIs, and targets
**Qualifications**:
Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay.
- You ideally have some experience in a partnerships-based role
- You're proactive, curious and full of grit to find solutions to problems, rather than avoiding them
- You have the ability to build relationships within various industries and people
- You're self-motivated and competitive with the ability to work fast & smart
- You have a high level of enthusiasm and energy
- You have a demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding KPIs and targets
- You understand analytical and quantitative levers used by our merchants
- You like to keep it real with your actions, be brave with your decisions, do the right thing for all our stakeholders and shape the future with excitement.
