The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is responsible for training, educating and representing psychiatrists in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. The College is accredited by the Australian Medical Council (AMC) and the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) to deliver specialist medical education and training, and professional development programs. **About the role**
- Providing assessment administrative support.
- Preparing assessment information and materials for the clinical and written assessments.
- Data entry, filing and document control.
- Provision of support and advice to relevant stakeholders, team members and relevant committees.

**What you'll bring**
- Tertiary administration services experience such as student administration in education or university sector.
- Understanding of assessment management and administration of examinations.
- Experience in an administrative and/or education and/or membership environment
- Background in membership or nonprofit organisations is advantageous, as is an interest in contributing to improvements in mental healthcare.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or the right to work in Australia.

**Some of what’s on offer**:

- A Total Remuneration Package (TRP) of up to $77,398.000 is on offer, inclusive of leave loading and 11.5% superannuation (12% Super from 1 July).
- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
- A paid day off each month for full-time employees.
- 12 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
